CVM Enterprise Server is the foundation for our patient self-service applications. It is a single, end-to-end, integrated healthcare CRM platform that allows non-technical users to manage and deliver true value to customers and patients across an extended network.

The CVM Enterprise Server is complementary to most hospital information systems and practice management systems, managing information not usually stored by these systems. This provides staff and employees with easy and convenient access to information that helps provide better customer service and care, and information such as a patient's preferences and permissions.

The CVM Enterprise Server customer relationship management system can also help organizations manage work flow and patient flow through the organization using the Activty Monitor features.

For Patients
The CVM Enterprise Server allows patients and customers to use the same self-service applications at home through the Internet, or on kiosks at the hospital or clinic. For example, the Membership Manager allows patients to manage their own profile, preferences, and permissions. On-line Bill Pay Module can present and collect a patient's outstanding balance. And the Data Forms Manager allows patients to enter pre-registration and medical history information, all from home or kiosk.
