The Communication Manager automates much of the communication required to maintain effective relationships with consumers and patients. Using customer profiles, preferences and permissions along with customer-defined rules, the Communication Manager automatically generates e-mails (or printed communications) that can be personalized with information that is both relevant and requested by the customer or patient.

Not only does this make it easier for the organization to keep in contact with its customers, it also extends the ability of the organization to reach its customers with important messages targeted specifically to their needs.
