The Membership Manager helps organizations manage the profiles or demographic information for each customer or member. It also collects information regarding a customer's preferences such as the type and frequency of information to receive. And it manages the permissions of that member–a very valuable tool in meeting HIPAA requirements.

This module offers the following additional features:

  • Provides flexibility in the types of information organizations want to capture and track for their members.
  • Allows organizations to track multiple membership groups such as seniors and new mothers.
  • Allows members to update profiles, preferences and permissions information from the Web or via kiosks to reduce data entry efforts by the organization and to give patients a greater sense of ownership of their information.
  • Allows healthcare organizations and patients to easily access and manage preferences for types of services they are interested in, service locations they prefer, etc.
