MediKiosk™ can also request and collect co-pays for office visits and outstanding patient balances. Many healthcare organizations have already discovered how collecting co-pays at check-in can impact to the revenue cycle. Now, the MediKiosk™ makes it easier and more effective, and can even help reduce awkward staff/patient interactions for an improved patient experience.
To make payments, patients can simply use a credit card number on file in the Membership Manager, or scan another card of their choice. The kiosk can print out a receipt and alert the staff of payments made through the kiosks.
